Idea Next Step.Com is completely committed to open source judging. The judges are able to act in a completely independent manner, and all decisions they render are final and of their own accord.

Idea Next Step,LLC is not legally responsible for any comments, suggestions, remarks, or negative statements regarding any participant or participant's invention.

The judges are selected entirely by Idea Next Step.Com, and they are chosen from the following professions: Patent Attorneys, Successful Inventors, Business Attorneys, CPA’s,Business Managers, and Celebrities.

You can witness the judges in an open source environment.View them as they debate and eliminate the contestants from a total of 12, down to the final five. Please enter the member area by logging in and clicking the Access My Account tab. Click on the judging in progress tab ( during the judgment portion of the contest) and you will be able to see the three judges as they debate back and forth in their efforts to eliminate the first round of twelve finalist down to five.
