Whats Makes Wilson Manufacturing & Assembly Corp new and special, is that Wilson Manufacturing & Assembly Corp will offer job or as a (Jobber) support to manufacturers in the packaging, assembly, and repair of small production runs through a skilled labor pool designed to assist those companies unable to secure reliable cooperatives.
Some of the strengths and capabilities of its main service as it pertains to potential market, ease of administration and availability include that the company will use a labor force comprised of handicapped and impaired along with welfare recipients and to remove them from the welfare rolls of support.
As a learning and training base for the handicapped and impaired work force to train an employee in learning to hold on to a job or employment. Training includes punctuality, work ethics, social behavior, prosperity, self respect. This type of learning to follow instruction, meeting schedules and due dates as in a normal work environment.
The company would be subsidized through the State Job Services, the Arizona Department of Economic Security, and the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)
